You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We pride ourselves with quality customer services and shipping times are important to us all. We ship as soon as we can, some products allow for quick dispatch whereas other items such as custom requests may take a little longer.

NO ONE likes to pay it! However, it needs to be covered somewhere and we would rather charge P&P per order and not include it in every item which would make your overall order more costly. One flat rate makes your order cheaper.
